The client is a banker who have recently moved back into Singapore after working aboard over over 10 years. 
She required huge storage space for storing all the items she have collected over the years. She is a coffee lover 
and would want to have a home with a cafe theme so that she can relax and chill on her day offs. 
Although the unit is only a 3room HDB flat, the open concept opens up the space connecting the kitchen, 
dining and living room together. Walnut color cabinets are integrated as the feature wall piece to create a 
mature and relaxing theme to the house. 
With the wash basin moved out of the toilet, we maximise the spaces within the kitchen and shower and also 
allows for more flexible use of the toilet even on days when there are more guest to the house.
